Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain an effective Ethics and Compliance function, reporting to the Chief Audit, Risk and Compliance.
  • Promote ethical behavior and increase awareness through communication, training, and leadership by example.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, focusing on anti-corruption and anti-bribery practices.
  • Develop and implement investigation policies and procedures.
  • Manage the Speak Up and Whistleblowing hotline and conduct investigations as required.
  • Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct (CoC), developing and improving both employee and supplier CoCs.
  • Lead fraud and compliance risk assessment programs in collaboration with ERM.
  • Maintain strong business relationships with management, particularly with Audit, Risk, HR, and Legal.
  • Provide ethics and compliance support to Management as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Preferably with CFE and/or CCEP qualifications.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills.
  • Significant experience in leading or conducting ethics-related trainings.
  • Able to independently lead ethics investigations.
