We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at Siemens. As a key member of our supply chain organization, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining product portfolio and aggregated business demand plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Maintain Demand Plans: Create and maintain product portfolio and aggregated business demand plans for the next rolling 18 months, taking into account product transitions, trends, and large projects.
  • Build Forecast Assumptions: Develop and maintain forecast assumptions, including product transition, trends, and large projects, to ensure accurate demand planning.
  • Lead SIOP Meetings: Lead monthly SIOP meetings to understand macro and micro drivers that could impact the demand plan in the short or long term.
  • Exception Handling: Handle exceptions, including delivery blocks, customer order scheduling, and product allocation, in collaboration with product management, procurement, and order management.
  • Tactical Sourcing Activities: Perform tactical sourcing activities, including purchase order placement, expediting with suppliers, resolving GRIR issues, and managing supplier performance for your specific product line(s).

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of supply chain operations and demand planning, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.
