The Role
This position is highly visible and represents Four Seasons Hotel Doha, managing the day-to-day activities of the Front Office Team. The successful candidate must have a passion for ensuring the best guest services and creating a welcoming first impression and lasting farewell.
- Coordinates with various departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Meets and greets arriving and departing guests; providing genuine hospitality and recognition
- Acts as point of contact for in-house guests and local customers; provides individual assistance and accurate information
- Maintains high visibility in the lobby and front desk area, assisting guests in a proactive manner
- Resolves guest concerns and complaints efficiently; ensures complete guest satisfaction and protects the reputation of the hotel and the company
- Keeps management informed of guest and staff-related incidents; represents senior management in their absence
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and a keen eye for detail. A degree holder in hotel and restaurant management is preferred, along with 2-4 years of experience as a Front Desk Agent.
