Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled WFP and Org Dev Strategist to join our team at Qatar Energy. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Root Cause Analysis: Identify the underlying causes of organizational inefficiencies and provide actionable recommendations to improve business delivery.
  2. Organizational Design: Collaborate with Department Managers and Chief Officers to design and implement organizational structures that align with company strategies and initiatives.
  3. Change Management: Develop and implement change management plans to ensure seamless transitions and minimize disruption to business operations.
  4. Workforce Planning: Analyze workforce data and develop strategic plans to optimize talent acquisition, development, and retention.
  5. Performance Metrics: Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business outcomes and inform data-driven decision making.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in organizational development, change management, and business analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
