1. Provides a warm and welcoming experience for patients, families, and visitors, ensuring maximum satisfaction during their stay at The View Hospital. Maintains a polite and humble demeanor while attending to guests, taking care of their needs and ensuring a smooth experience.
2. Follows established standards and guidelines for telephone etiquette and service when interacting with patients over the phone. Receives, screens, routes, and answers telephone calls in a prompt and courteous manner, prioritizing and processing calls as necessary. Takes accurate messages and ensures timely delivery, coordinating communication with patients, family members, and hospital staff.
