Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest pediatric care guidelines and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Valid Registration/License from country of current practice.
  • Relevant qualification required to obtain QCHP license to practice in Qatar.
  • 3-4 years of relevant full-time work experience in Pediatrics, including at least 1 year of experience in the area of specialization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills to enter and retrieve medical records.
  • Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
