Key Responsibilities
  1. Security Procedures Implementation: Develop and implement effective security measures to prevent unauthorized access or intruders in guest and staff areas of the hotel.
  2. Contractor Oversight: Manage and supervise all contractors, suppliers, or vendors working on property to ensure they adhere to our security protocols.
  3. Courteous Service: Provide professional service to all customers, staff, vendors, and suppliers while maintaining a courteous and respectful attitude.
  4. Incident Reporting: Keep the security and hotel senior management informed about any security-related incidents or matters that require their attention.
Incident Handling

Incidents and emergencies are emotionally charged situations. All parties involved must be dealt with sensitively and professionally to avoid escalating the situation.

  1. Incident Inquiry: Conduct thorough inquiries and follow-up activities for all security-related incidents as required by the Security Manager.
  2. Searches and Interviews: Perform formal searches on employees, locker rooms, and work areas as directed by hotel management, with the presence of Human Resources Executive as a witness.
  3. Training and Briefings: Attend regular training sessions for security personnel and maintain duty in the assigned area, ensuring awareness of all necessary information and equipment.
