As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our beach club, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive positive, professional, and personalized service to the highest standard, exceeding customer expectations by proactively engaging with guests to promote existing and upcoming products.
  2. Operations Management: Assist in the management of beach club operations, ensuring that all working methods are reviewed with best practices and achieved with an aim of business growth.
  3. Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of quality, ensuring that all processes and standards of Food & Beverage Service are followed and implemented to ensure the smooth and efficient running of operations.
  4. Team Management: Work closely with the Assistant Outlet Manager and Captains to ensure correct stock levels are available from the Purchasing Department to assist the operational Food and Beverage with inventory-based items.
  5. Problem-Solving: Recommend and support in implementing product development strategies based on guest feedback and observe customer trends, demands, and manage issues and complaints with utmost professionalism and mindfulness to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales prospects.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of job-related experience.
  2. Skills: Excellent people and customer experience skills, outstanding written and verbal communication in English, quick learner with the ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, positive attitude towards challenges with strong problem-solving skills.
