Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to lead the development of procurement procedures, ensuring full compliance with effective procurement policy, business needs, and relevant external regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and a proven track record of designing, monitoring, and reviewing procurement budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement procedures that align with business needs and external regulations.
  • Design and monitor procurement budgets to ensure maximum value-for-money and quality.
  • Review service agreements from a procurement perspective, working closely with the Legal team.
  • Monitor and purchase services, supplies, and equipment, comparing costs to ensure optimal value.
  • Contribute to development and succession planning, collaborating with the HR function.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of procurement experience, preferably in a large group of companies or FMCG background.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Arabic are highly desirable.
