Job Summary

PPL Dynamics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for managing the execution and coordination of Design projects in coordination with our General Manager and/or Project Managers of the fit-out project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and present creative, solution-based plans for clients and projects in the areas of space planning, drafting/CAD, furniture products, color and materials selections, and internal graphic and verbal presentations.
  • Create drawings in AutoCAD and/or other platforms as needed (typicals, furniture plans, 3D modelling, etc.).
  • Verify design specifications as received from stakeholders.
  • Maintain internal reporting systems, including project files and time sheets.
  • Adhere to deadlines of design deliverables.
  • Prepare drawings and supporting documents (with specification) for client/project submission, including technical submissions, mood boards, and concept designs.
  • Identify areas that may require field verification and coordinate actual dimensions with final plans.
  • Inventory existing design and product offerings; incorporate in design plans and specifications as needed.
  • Create sample boards.
  • Revise drawings and specs when required.
  • Space planning to meet customers' requests using applicable standards.
  • Project meetings with customers when required.
  • Consistent updates to General Manager and Project team.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same field.
  • Mandatory experience in commercial Fit-out projects (Commercial/Retail/F&B).
  • Bachelor's degree in architectural, interior design, or related field.
