Job Overview:

Airlift is a leading provider of autonomous delivery solutions, and we're seeking a skilled and responsible individual to join our team as a Robot Fleet Operator. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our robot fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Remotely operate and monitor our robot fleet to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods to our customers.
  • Follow established routes and maps to ensure efficient delivery and minimize delays.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on the robots to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Communicate effectively with our operations team to ensure seamless coordination and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Prepare and submit reports on robot performance and any incidents that may occur.

Requirements:

  • Experience with robotics and autonomous systems.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications.
