3D Visualisation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Visualisation Specialist to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. As a 3D Visualisation Specialist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualisations for interior architectural design presentations.

• Work closely with the Interior Design team to prepare 3D visualisations for various project types, including hotel, restaurant, residential, and commercial interiors.
• Understand design concepts and initial intent, and apply this knowledge to create compelling 3D visualisations.
• Read and accurately interpret architectural illustrations, 2D CAD files, or other 3D modeling data to realise designs as compelling imagery.
• Efficiently model and convert data sets from CAD or other 3D modeling packages.
• Prepare 3D white models with preliminary cameras and lighting setups.
• Set up realistic materials and produce 3D visual images for interior architectural design presentations.
• Make alternative changes based on designers' reviews and comments.
• Post-render work in Photoshop for final adjustments, compositing, finishing, and retouching.
• Develop a software library suitable for interior rendering needs and applications.

• Minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in 3D visualisation or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in 3D Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Technical Diploma from a recognised and accredited institution.
• Graphic background or similar certification/training is desirable.
• Expertise in software such as 3Ds Max, Maya, Vray, AutoCAD, Eon Vue, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic or rendering software.
• Fully conversant in using and creating models from architectural plans, sketches, and elevations, with knowledge of related visualisation and photorealistic rendering techniques.
• Portfolio of recently completed interior renders is required.
