- Develop Business Knowledge: Conduct thorough analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, and develop business plans to achieve targets.
- Implement BI Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive BI strategy aligned with organizational objectives, and oversee the acquisition, integration, and validation of data from various sources.
- Drive Business Intelligence: Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data infrastructure and storage, and drive the creation of insightful reports and dashboards that provide meaningful business intelligence.
- Problem Solving: Liaise with Customer Solutions Team to generate monthly reports of service failures and root causes, and work closely with internal teams to reduce order cycle times and improve fill rates while controlling costs.
