**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Sales Professional to join our team at lxbfYeaa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our electrical products to various customers.

Sales Responsibilities:

  1. Promote and sell our electrical products, focusing on projects such as Wiring Devices, Cables, Cable Trays, Circuit Breakers, Bus Duct, etc.
  2. Identify potential projects through direct contacts with consultants and contractors.
  3. Network with relevant contacts to gather market information, offer bids, and follow up on submitted offers.
  4. Analyze books of specifications to select the most suitable product for each project.
  5. Collaborate with the Sales and Product Manager to prepare offers and revise them as necessary.
  6. Follow up with customers to secure a positive closing and draft purchase orders.
  7. Contribute to the creation and pricing of new items in coordination with the Product Manager.
  8. Oversee invoicing, delivery, testing, and commissioning processes.
  9. Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment and maintain good credit terms.

Product Management Responsibilities:

  1. Identify product development needs and suggest new products within our existing product line.
  2. Coordinate with suppliers to send RFQs and special price requests.
  3. Monitor and recommend price positioning in various markets.

Customer Support Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain a professional image of lxbfYeaa by demonstrating technical knowledge and reliability in all interactions with third parties and existing or potential customers.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by answering queries, maintaining good relations, and addressing complaints promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in electrical products.
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Windows, Office Outlook.
