Job Title: Manager Vendor Operations

Job Description:

Role Summary:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning and operating the vendor onboarding process, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders. You will lead the Vendor Operations team and work closely with Account Management, Sales, and Acquisition teams to drive vendor performance and onboarding strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the vendor onboarding team and improve the vendor onboarding process.
  • Meet country operational KPIs and report KPIs in periodic and ad-hoc manners.
  • Drive strategy for vendor performance and onboarding.
  • Handle daily operational challenges, escalating system deficiencies, and following up with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Analyze and derive insights from large complex data sets to identify, solve, and define new SOPs for vendor performance-related problems.
  • Work with Sales and logistics teams to reduce fail rates, restaurant delay preparation times, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Provide input to the restaurant operations strategy and support its implementation in the country, aligning with regional guidelines.
  • Manage vendor POS system inventory, including device delivery, setup, and troubleshooting.
  • Implement new solutions to optimize the onboarding process, such as self-led onboarding.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, ideally in an engineering field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations/support functions and team management.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to lead a team of specialists and coordinators to achieve objectives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience in dealing with cross-cultural team members and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights from comprehensive data reports.
