Job Description

The Systems Handover and Completion Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the handover and completion of systems for large and complex projects.

Main Tasks

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including EPC-1 Project Management leadership team and EPC-1 Contractor leadership team.
  • Coordinate inputs to the EPC-1 Project weekly and monthly meetings, minutes of meeting and actions list.
  • Participate in the Project Monthly and Weekly meetings with EPC-1 Contractor.
  • Provide assistance and input to the EPC-1 Project manager and Business Division manager for the preparation of meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.

About You

  • Bachelor and/or master's degree in engineering or generalist engineering.
  • Proven experience with systems handover and completion for large and complex projects.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
