Job Description

The Luxury Client Strategist will serve as an ambassador, responsible for achieving sales objectives by managing activities tailored to the needs of high-end clients. Responsibilities
  1. Manage and execute strategies to achieve individual and GL Team objectives, ensuring accountability for Third Floor sales results.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with elite clients to drive sales growth and satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate closely with Buyers to ensure customer demands are met, providing insights into product and brand offerings.
  4. Stay updated on brand offerings and maintain precise product knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
  5. Drive sales growth by leveraging clienteling tools to engage and build long-term relationships with clients.
  6. Support team members in providing comprehensive guidance to clients on style-related and material/production technicalities.
  7. Represent the Third Floor as a VIP Ambassador within the team, setting the standard for exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of sales experience in fashion luxury retail or store department.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven sales achievement in luxury brands market.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-driven environment.
  • Must be proactive and results-driven.
  • Possess initiative, networking skills, integrity, and trust.
  • Passionate about the brand and committed to outstanding client service.
