Role Summary


This position involves working closely with guests and team members to deliver an exceptional experience within the Attractions Department. Key duties will include managing ride access, providing clear guidance on safety procedures, and contributing to a positive atmosphere throughout the resort. Successful candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
