We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Kids Club Attendant to join our team at Azure Beach Club. As a Kids Club Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our young guests, planning and preparing engaging activities, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Guest Service: Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to our young guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Plan and Prepare Activities: Plan and prepare activities according to the activity calendar, ensuring a fun and engaging experience for all children.
  • Ensure Guest Safety and Well-being: Ensure all children attending the Kids Club have been registered by a parent or guardian, and maintain a safe and clean environment at all times.
  • Develop and Implement New Activities: Create new and exciting activities to drive enthusiasm for all children in the resort, and maintain stock of items required for kids' activities.
  • Communicate Effectively: Provide a high level of guest satisfaction through effective communication, and follow departmental policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous work experience in a similar position, with a focus on children's activity planning and execution.
  • Computer Literacy: Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications, with a strong understanding of software and technology.
  • Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
