Job Description:

Role Overview

The Contract Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects by managing and overseeing all aspects of contract administration.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain accurate contract records, including contract terms, amendments, and correspondence.
  2. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and clients, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
  3. Collaborate with project managers, legal teams, and other stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues.
  4. Identify and mitigate contractual risks, providing recommendations to minimize exposure and liability.

A successful Contract Administrator will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
