Job Summary:

Dr Scent Trading is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for representing our company's products and services to existing and potential customers in the Qatar market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, handle objections, and prepare and present quotes, proposals, and other required documentation.
  • Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure targets are being met and company standards are upheld.
  • Manage the sales cycle to close new deals and achieve sales goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
  • Qatar driving license.
  • High school degree or equivalent; a Diploma is a plus.
  • Arabic language is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive commission structure based on performance and sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR1.00 per month
