To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong IT, Cyber Security, or IT Sales background and be able to comfortably sit across from a CIO, CTO, CEO, MD, or FD to take down requirements and discuss the 'lingo'. You will also need to have a proven track record of success in IT recruitment, with a strong understanding of the industry and a ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
