About the RoleWe are seeking a Team Leader - Finance who can embody our culture of modern design and exceptional service. As a passionate advocate for outstanding customer-tailored service, you will be responsible for assisting in the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth operation of accounting functions within the Finance Department.
Requirements- Relevant degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce, or Hospitality/Tourism management
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on care and connection
- Previous Finance experience in luxury hotel brands, demonstrating adaptability to diverse cultures and environments
- A desire to constantly learn and grow, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, with excellent English language skills
