Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Florist to join our team at Moyses Steven.

As a key member of our floristry team, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality plant displays and providing expert advice to customers on flower varieties and care.

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of flower names and varieties to offer expert guidance to customers.
  • Maintain the highest standards of plant maintenance and presentation.
  • Utilize all systems, including tills and Detrack, efficiently and effectively.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and securely using PDQ machines.
  • Foster a culture of compliance with all company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team environment.
  • Compose clear and coherent emails to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company structure and operations.
  • Making informed decisions in the absence of direct supervision.
  • Order flowers and plants within set parameters.
  • Embrace and execute various styles and areas of floristry with ease.
  • Meet or exceed production targets of 4 bouquets per hour.
  • Support offsite installations and work independently when required.
