We are seeking a highly skilled Electrophysics Engineer to join our team at Boeing. As a key member of our E3 Design Integration Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the compliance of our BDS programs with defined criteria, standards, and methods.

• Compliance Assessment: Perform a thorough assessment of E3 artifacts to ensure compliance with established criteria, standards, and methods.
• Documentation: Document the results of the compliance assessment and provide a clear technical rationale to support the findings.
• Recommendations: Develop recommendations for achieving substantial compliance and provide guidance on risk mitigation strategies.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to the E3 Design Integration Team, ensuring seamless integration of E3 artifacts into BDS programs.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate program risks, ensuring the successful delivery of BDS programs.
