Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Public Area Supervisor to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Operational Efficiency: Manage the day-to-day operations of the public areas, including the reception, lobby, and other common spaces.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and maintenance.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with all departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hotel housekeeping environment.
  • Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience with Hotel Property Management System, and knowledge of HSK equipment and machinery.
  • Qualities: Proven training skills, good business practice, and people management knowledge.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: Walking and standing for long periods, reasonable lifting, and working in a noisy and busy environment.
  • Availability: Willingness to work on shifts and schedules based on business demands, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
