Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Ezdan Holding Group. As an HVAC Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building's HVAC systems, performing routine maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform Routine Maintenance: Carry out regular maintenance tasks on all HVAC equipment, including cleaning and lubricating components, to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
  2. Respond to Guest Complaints: Immediately address any guest complaints related to HVAC issues, providing prompt and effective solutions to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  3. Maintain Equipment: Ensure all HVAC tools, charging equipment, and refrigeration test equipment are in good working condition, and perform any necessary repairs or replacements.
  4. Emergency Response: Identify and operate shut-off valves for equipment and utility shut-offs for buildings in case of an emergency, ensuring a safe and efficient response.
  5. Follow Instructions: Adhere to job instructions provided by the Shift Engineer or Senior Staff, and report any serious maintenance problems or safety-related issues immediately.
  6. Communicate Effectively: Share daily activities and problems with other shifts using approved communication programs and standards, ensuring seamless collaboration and information exchange.
  7. Complete Services: Perform major and minor services on A/C and refrigeration equipment as assigned, and return completed job sheets to the Engineering Office.
  8. Investigate Jobs: Thoroughly investigate each job to ensure only necessary spare parts are used, and to avoid unnecessary wastage of AC supplies.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
