Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Steward. This role involves performing various duties and tasks in the assigned area of work, working in a team environment, and adapting to rotate within different sub-departments of the Food & Beverage Division or other hotel departments as needed.
- To ensure seamless operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the workplace.
- To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel and provide excellent guest service.
- To perform opening and closing procedures established for the department, including monitoring operating supplies and reducing spoilage and wastage.
- To clean and wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils according to performance standards.
- To handle guest inquiries and report any problems or complaints to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found.
