Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a complete suite of change control process documentation that accurately defines local arrangements for maintaining baseline scope/schedule/cost integrity.
  • Serve as a key liaison between client departments and other programme management teams to ensure processes remain aligned.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of all scope/schedule/cost changes and provide periodic reports on the status of these changes through their life cycle.
