The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our help desk operations, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of technical issues.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Information Technology.

  • Proven knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Azure, and O365 administration.
