  • Develop and maintain knowledge on contract drafting and negotiation, contract management, compliance, and risk management.

  • Liaise with legal counsel when necessary to handle contract disputes and negotiations.
  • Prepare regular reports on the status of contracts, including key metrics such as compliance rates, contract expirations, and performance against SLAs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in contract management.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in contract management.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
