In this critical position, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff, while maintaining a smooth operation within the hotel premises.

**Responsibilities**

  1. Train and educate security personnel on essential protocols and procedures.
  2. Manage and distribute security reports to relevant departments.
  3. Be prepared to respond to emergencies in accordance with established guidelines.
  4. Closely collaborate with the Engineering department to maintain and upgrade security equipment.
  5. Implement strict access controls and monitor movement within the hotel premises.
  6. Inspect security checkpoints regularly, ensuring they operate efficiently.
  7. Provide comprehensive training to staff on emergency procedures and ensure their readiness for unexpected events.
  8. Review the Security logbook daily and address any issues promptly.
  9. Remain informed about company policies, operational standards, and industry best practices.
  10. Cultivate a culture of security awareness among staff, promoting a safe working environment.

**Essential Qualifications**

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary degree or certificate preferred.
  2. Relevant work experience in a similar role, ideally in the Gulf region.
  3. Ability to work effectively in multicultural settings.
  4. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  5. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  6. Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
