Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst - Process Excellence to join our LNG Trading team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Project Management Office (PMO) within QET, facilitating transformational change, and associated efficiencies around market access, people, process, systems, and data.

Key Responsibilities
• Proven leadership skills with team management experience
• Key competencies include: project delivery, market knowledge, strategic thinking, relationships management, negotiation, project management, and in-depth Front Office tooling and CTRM knowledge
• Appropriate Project Management qualifications required with a focus on Agile methods and techniques
• End-to-end multidisciplinary knowledge and broad competence is required in areas such as commodities trading, shipping, and Finance
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
• Enthusiastic and passionate about technology as an enabler in commodities trading
• Practical experience of SAFe, PMP, or Prince2 is an advantage

Requirements
• Bachelors degree in numerate Finance or Technology subject from an internationally recognized university
• Postgraduate Qualification (MSc, PhD, or MBA) an advantage
