  • Communicate complex technical information to stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and clients.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements, and apply knowledge to improve project outcomes and company processes.

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in oil and gas with a major contractor or consultant, predominantly performing detail design.
  • 5 years of offshore projects experience.
  • Static and package engineering experience is essential.
  • Engineering degree (Master's degree preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of design techniques and analysis methods, and detailed knowledge of industry standards, codes, and guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Registered Professional Engineer or member of a professional engineering society.
  • Good English language skills (B2 level minimum).
  • Quality-oriented and schedule-conscious.
  • Leadership skills and willingness to coordinate discipline tasks.
  • Ability to make recommendations to improve work processes.
