  1. Provide Primary Healthcare: Offer primary healthcare services to patients in case of injury or acute illness, ensuring timely and effective treatment.

  3. Educate Patients and Staff: Educate patients and staff on healthy habits, such as proper nutrition and hygiene, to promote overall well-being.
  4. Detect Health Problems: Conduct regular screenings to detect health problems in early stages, ensuring prompt intervention.
  5. Keep Track of Medical Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patients' medical history, vaccination records, and other relevant information.
  6. Ensure a Safe Environment: Ensure the school environment is safe for children and staff, preventing communicable diseases and promoting a healthy atmosphere.
  7. Comply with Regulations: Ensure compliance with national health legislation and school/nursery policies and regulations.
  8. Refer Patients: Recommend referrals for pediatricians or family doctors if necessary, ensuring patients receive the best possible care.
  9. Administer First Aid: Administer first aid when necessary to children and staff of the nursery.
  10. Report Incidents: Report directly to the Nursery manager and keep the incident log book updated of any incident or accident recorded on duty.
  11. Communicate with Parents: Relay all updates on children's health to parents using appropriate language and utilizing official incident form and through Nursery digital application.
  12. Report Equipment Issues: Report equipment failures, safety and security issues, and/or reduction of supply inventory to Nursery Supervisor or designee.
  13. Provide Excellent Care: Treat colleagues, patients, and visitors with dignity and respect at all times, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
Professional Development:

Continuing Education: Attend related events, conferences, courses, and training to maintain and expand knowledge in related fields (medical and business development) and ensure best practices are implemented in the company.

Qualifications:
  1. Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Nursing: Possess a diploma or bachelor's degree in nursing.
  2. Valid QHCP License: Hold a valid QHCP license.
  3. Positive DataFlow Report: Have completed a positive DataFlow report and passed the Prometric test.
