Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Environment Engineer to join our team at Tampa Gardens Senior Living. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on our operations and contribute to our commitment to environmental stewardship.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and implementing effective management systems to minimize our environmental footprint. This includes tracking and reviewing data related to air emissions, water quality, waste management, and other environmental parameters.

You will work closely with our Head of Environmental and Regulatory Affairs to develop and implement fit-for-purpose environmental compliance programs that drive continuous improvement and measurable results.

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent written and spoken English skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement environmental management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable practices and reduce environmental impacts.
  • Analyze data and develop reports to demonstrate compliance and track progress towards environmental goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environment, or Science.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in environmental management, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or consultant role.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
