The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling HVAC products, specifically chillers, AHUs, and FCUs in the Qatar market. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • To develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
  • To identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly in the HVAC sector
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular site audits and suggestion of improvements
  • To interface effectively with operations to deliver and improve service delivery
  • To maintain established accounts through regular customer contact and follow-up sales efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or similar field
  • Minimum 5-8 years' experience in selling HVAC products in Qatar
  • Deep knowledge of HVAC systems
  • Customer-focused and ability to build relationship with customers
  • Organization skills and ability for multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment
  • Determined, results-driven, maturity, and high team spirit are essential qualities to succeed in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Valid Qatar Driving License
