Job Description

This role is responsible for the execution of all inspection and integrity activities on offshore oil and gas facilities. The Offshore Integrity Supervisor works closely with the Operations team to ensure that all inspection and maintenance activities are carried out safely and efficiently.

The incumbent will oversee the inspection and testing of equipment, piping, and other critical assets to ensure they meet safety and regulatory standards. This includes planning and executing inspection programs, conducting risk assessments, and developing recommendations for corrective actions.

In addition, the Offshore Integrity Supervisor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to contractors and other stakeholders on inspection and testing procedures. They will also contribute to the development and implementation of inspection and maintenance plans to prevent downtime and optimize asset performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inspection and testing, as well as experience working in a fast-paced industrial environment. They should be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute inspection programs to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop recommendations for corrective actions
  • Provide guidance and support to contractors and other stakeholders on inspection and testing procedures
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of inspection and maintenance plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to inspection and testing activities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in inspection and testing, preferably in the oil and gas industry
  • A strong background in API 510 and 570 certification
  • Experience working with Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
