We are seeking a highly skilled Watsu Therapist to join our team at IHG Hotel & Resorts. As a Watsu Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional water therapy services to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Treatment Preparation
    • Stock up the treatment rooms with the necessary supplies.
    • Set up the treatment rooms as per Six Senses Spas standards.
  • Guest Service
    • Provide prompt, courteous and accurate service to guests at all times.
    • Serve the welcome drink to the guests when required.
  • Spa Maintenance
    • Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the Spa and own treatment rooms.
    • Ensure all equipment is well maintained and in safe condition.
  • Guest Feedback
    • Handle guest complaints and record all guest comments.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
