Storekeeper Lead

About the Role:

Qatar Airways is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Technical Storekeeper to join our Flight Operations team in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper storage and control of spares, consumables, tools, equipment, and other technical materials related to flight simulator training devices and daily technical engineering supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the ITC technical services store, ensuring accurate inventory and compliance with rules and regulations.
• Participate in binning, pre-loading, receiving, and dispatch of aircraft/simulator spares and materials, tools, and equipment.
• Update warranty trackers for repaired parts and perform regular store counts.
• Verify and report discrepancies in the inventory system to maintain accuracy and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with QR/QCAA and OEM requirements for storage and handling of aircraft spares and materials.
• Coordinate with clearance of shipments and update the Inventory Oracle tool.

Requirements:

• Strong inventory management skills and experience in a similar role.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

• Knowledge of inventory management software and systems.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
