Job Title: IT and Data Analytics Auditor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT and Data Analytics Auditor to join our team at NES Fircroft Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading IT internal auditing work, providing data analytics support, and identifying technology risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead IT internal audit projects and provide data analytics support as part of internal audits.
  • Conduct data extraction, validation, analysis, and reporting utilizing software tools.
  • Identify technology risks, application controls, including IT security and internal controls.
  • Determine key IT risks and test the effectiveness of related key controls.
  • Document and issue deficiencies and ensure management remediates such deficiencies.
  • Plan and conduct IT audits of various areas, including network and application access/security, change management, and general data center operating controls.
  • Work with external auditors and other assurance providers to facilitate their use and reliance.
  • Ensure all audit procedures and activities are carried out and documented in accordance with Corporate Internal Audit Standards.
  • Review staff working papers, memos, and reports and develop review notes to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Assess information technology control elements to mitigate IT risks regarding confidentiality, integrity, and availability of business information.
  • Provide training, coaching, and guidance to Internal Audit Staff in conducting IT audits and other related issues.
  • Review internal audit scopes for potential IT risk areas and prepare internal audit reports, audit plans, and progress reports.
  • Conduct follow-up of prior audit observations to ensure agreed actions are implemented by the Auditee.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IT data analytics tools and ERP SAP reporting. A strong understanding of IT security, internal controls, and risk management is essential. The candidate should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
