Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Tank Storage Specialist to join our team at Qatar Energy. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of tank storage programs, ensuring optimal efficiency and safety.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering and equipment maintenance, with a strong background in managing multidisciplinary project working teams. You should be familiar with engineering standards including API 620/650/653 and corporate engineering standards related to above-ground welded storage tanks.

In this role, you will be accountable for:

  • Developing and implementing long-term strategies for tank storage and pipeline maintenance
  • Ensuring equipment and pipeline integrity, reliability, availability, and longevity
  • Providing technical specialist support to Gas operations and tank farm operations
