Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Territory Management: Develop and execute a call plan that achieves set call metrics and optimizes coverage and frequency to key customers, maximizing access and sales opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously gather and analyze market intelligence to inform business decisions and optimize brand strategy.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the in-field team, brand team, and sales manager to achieve alignment, anticipate environmental changes, and optimize brand execution.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical studies.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles in pharmaceutical companies in Qatar.
  • Relevant industry experience, ideally in Gynecology, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, and Surgery.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Practical knowledge and understanding of HCPs and disease area requirements.
