Key Responsibilities

As Head of Engineering Projects, you will oversee the execution and delivery of power projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

You will develop and implement project management strategies, build relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Monitor project progress and report to management, highlighting any potential issues or areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals.
  • Work closely with the Asset Management team to ensure a smooth handover of projects.
Requirements
  1. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Power Engineering, with a focus on project management.
  2. Minimum 15 years' experience in construction and development, with 5-7 years in a leadership role.
  3. Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  4. Strong understanding of project finance, risk management, and contract law.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  6. Fluent in spoken and written English.
