**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Lead the development of electrical designs, ensuring compliance with project specifications and procedures
  2. Collaborate with EPCIC Contractors to challenge proposed designs and ensure compliance with project specifications
  3. Coordinate with other disciplines on all engineering, constructability, and operational matters
  4. Develop and implement strategies to promote field technical optimization and cost savings
  5. Work closely with weight control engineers and the engineering team to ensure close weight monitoring and control
  6. Lead the identification of LLI and contribute to its proper realization
  7. Ensure relevant feedback/lesson learned from previous similar projects are considered in the design performance
  8. Assist in planning and preparation of Electrical discipline kick-off meetings with EPC Contractors
  9. Support procurement engineering, including TBEs and vendor documents review, and assist in manufacture site visits
  10. Support fabrication and construction engineering on review of engineering documents, modification approval, non-conformity reviews, and assistance in closing punch lists
  11. Support projects during installation and hookup stages and review/approve work-packs, review of red-marks
  12. Ensure project documents related to the Electrical discipline are reviewed and commented in a timely manner and in accordance with standards, project specifications, and contractual requirements
  13. Identify any optimization/improvement in the design dossier to be implemented in the early stage of detailed design, promote, and encourage submissions of value engineering proposals
  14. Promote fit-for-purpose design to reduce and optimize planning and costs
  15. Ensure as far as possible standardization of design proposals for wellhead platforms
  16. Coordinate and issue project responses to contractors' and vendors' requests on engineering design clarifications and TQR
  17. Identify potential deviations/derogations to and assist in preparation of deviation packages
  18. Consult E&C departments to Electrical derogation requests and interface with relevant TRPs to secure needed approvals
  19. Review final project documentation, including final dossiers and as-built drawings
  20. Assist Electrical Leads to define, follow up, and evaluate Electrical discipline studies to be carried out by Contractors, ensuring studies completed as per approved project gates and maturity
  21. Assist in preparation and attend project studies, including model reviews, HAZIDs, HAZOPS, constructability reviews, PRs
  22. Provide technical answers and clarifications to internal project audit sessions (PR, HAZOP, HAZID, etc.)
  23. Participate in weekly Electrical engineering meetings with Contractors and specific ad-hoc meetings as required by management
  24. Assist in preparing engineering progress reports detailing Electrical discipline progress across schedules, risks, and technical issues to ensure accurate and timely information available to Package Management Teams
  25. Identify potential engineering scope changes related to Electrical disciplines, carry out initial technical assessments to provide accurate information to Electrical Leads
  26. Ensure designs follow approved SORs, basis of design, and project standards, capturing and managing any changes as per project change management plans
