Key Responsibilities:

As a Fundraising Manager, you will be responsible for leading NRC's private fundraising efforts in Sweden, developing and executing strategies to grow NRC's unearmarked funding, and managing partnership with field marketing and other marketing partners in Sweden. You will also serve as Company Secretary for NRC Sweden, preparing and managing Board meetings, and following up with the Board.

In addition, you will prepare and coordinate application processes for funding from foundations and events, identifying funding sources to apply. Your strong communication skills and ability to represent the foundation to different stakeholders will be essential in this role.

  • Lead NRC's private fundraising efforts in Sweden, developing and executing strategies to grow NRC's unearmarked funding.
  • Manage partnership with field marketing and other marketing partners in Sweden, including contracts, training, quality, payments, and good hand-off to Donor Services.
  • Serve as Company Secretary for NRC Sweden, preparing and managing Board meetings, and following up with the Board.
  • Prepare and coordinate application processes for funding from foundations and events, identifying funding sources to apply.
