About You

This position calls for a highly motivated Construction Superintendent with exceptional leadership abilities and a strong background in construction management, particularly in regards to lifting operations. Relevant certifications such as LEEA Level 3 or equivalent will be beneficial.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in construction management, preferably focusing on lifting operations.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful lifting strategies and contributing positively to workplace culture.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of adaptability, resilience, and independence in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Experience with risk assessment, mitigation, and reporting under LOLER regulations.
