Job Title: Kids Club Attendant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kids Club Attendant to join our team at Ennismore. As a Kids Club Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and engaging environment for children to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Child Safety and Well-being: Ensure the physical and emotional safety of children at all times, adhering to our Operation Childcare Standards, Policies, and Health guidelines.
  • Program Planning and Implementation: Assist in planning and implementing daily programs for children, including activities, games, and educational content.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Maintain open communication with parents, colleagues, and supervisors to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the Kids Club.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance: Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing toys and equipment, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Emergency Procedures: React appropriately to unexpected circumstances, including injuries and accidents, and report incidents to the Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Age and Physical Ability: Able to stoop and bend to interact with children at their level throughout the day.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, including unexpected events and emergencies.
