Snoonu is seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to lead our technology operations and drive business growth.

• Technical Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to resolve complex business issues and improve operational efficiency.

• Training and Development: Conduct training for users on the proper use of hardware and software to enhance system proficiency and user adoption.
• IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the planning, design, operation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Team Leadership: Lead hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, and coaching of IT staff, fostering a positive team environment and promoting professional growth.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong working relationships across the organization and support teams, driving collaboration and achieving common goals.
