Role Overview
The Warehouse Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving the success of our Distribution Centers. This position is responsible for leading and managing the operations across all DCs, ensuring seamless execution of our supply chain strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire operations lifecycle, from inbound receipt to distribution, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
- Oversee the planning and coordination of Supply Chain operations across DCs, driving continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and business process flows, collaborating with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Implement business processes and technical solutions to meet production requirements, leveraging analytical tools and methods to drive results.
- Monitor and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the supply chain.
- Drive upgrades and automation projects to completion, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Manage internal and external suppliers to support product delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
- Contribute to the overall support of E-commerce operations, as required.
- Develop and maintain a Centre of Excellence for BFL Distribution Operations, driving best practices and process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in warehouse management, with a strong background in retail and apparel/fashion industries.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience in operational optimization.
